Job Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED
• Degree/Licenses – (if applicable)
• Basic Computer/Literacy & Skills
• A valid unrestricted Driver’s License from the state of residency
• Clean driving record (not to exceed 5 points)
• The ability to lift or transfer at least 50 lbs.
• The ability to sit, bend, squat, reach and stand for several hours at a time

Employee Application

Every applicant must complete the new employee application (WILL BE AVAILABLE HERE SOON)  and submit it by email to info@caringwithcompassion.com to be considered for an interview

• Every new employee must pass NJ state mandated fingerprinting and drug screening
• Positions available statewide

• NJ Licensed Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)
• Companions – NO In-Home personal cared. Training – All new employees
  

• iDDD online training (approx. 2.5 hours) upon hire (before seeing first client)
• IPCED online training (12 hours – mandatory) – To be completed every two years to qualify for CHHA License renewal
